       Possible BAD NEWS to report, sadly--      Rumors all seem to confirm reports we've heard from varying sources that James is battling some kind of serious health crisis AND that he was recently injured pretty seriously in some kind of an accident...we've been told that he has been walking with a slight limp, passing out on occasion, and that he may have experienced some kind of injury at his left temple area-  around where his forehead meets the hairline.  He has not been seen in public for at least a couple of weeks, and assistants to him have been even more 'hush-hush' than usual.   Any projects that were in the works seem to have suddenly ceased, and even some of his family members are not being kept updated. We'll do our best to follow these events and report what we can, but things seem to be highly uncertain at the moment...

     JAMES has been having a lot of meetings lately with numerous people, often several meetings in the VERY SAME DAY,  and a lot of the people look to be either high-level business execs or attorneys, which tends to mean that there's important projects in the works, most likely going way beyond anything that we've mentioned so far, so we'll do our best to keep you posted.

GREETINGS!     I'm  Michelle,  and  I'm  updating  on  James  Starkdale.  First,  he's  got  better  security.  Second,  HE  MIGHT  PUT  A  CD  OUT  LATER  THIS  YEAR (!),  as  his  schedule  allows.  Thirdly,  he  may  appear  as  a  guest  on  several  other  Cds.  Fourth,  a  "bunch of goons"  reportedly  tried  to  jump  one  of  his  close  associates  recently,  and  they  were  then  attacked  themselves  by  a  security  force  who  showed  up.  James  cannot  confirm  this,  for  legal  reasons,  but  he  WILL  defend  himself  and  those  who  need  defending!!!  Finally,  he  and  his  associates  all  wish  you  a  GREAT NEW YEAR!!!

     James Starkdale's people have released a rare statement:    "This comes from James himself-  'I do not choose to worship satan, as that just isn't a part of my lifelong belief-pattern. Recently, some have suggested that my song-lyrics contain messages to the contrary. They do not. Although I have a bit of a mysterious image, that in no way should be mistaken as an expression of my philosophies, and therefore I do not conspire, as some continue to allege, to espouse any such viewpoint. I'm just an entertainer, and I don't try to influence people in any particularly subversive way, nor do I intend to ever start doing so.' "           Also, we here at the newsblog recently noticed that James has a Myspace site up.

     there is currently no reliable news concerning James-  rumors run rampant, though, but we try not to deal in hard-to-confirm rumors.  Everything seems to be very "hush-hush" at the moment, and that may or may not mean that something is about to occur. Stay tuned...

After a very hard struggle, with many amazing delays, entirely out of his control, we have finally received word from James himself(!) that he does, indeed, plan to have an "official" site up soon-  depending on life's funny little things (sudden emergencies, legal battles, unforeseen legal battles, et al) it could, sadly, still be months away, but we're assured that it is in the works. As always, we'll keep you informed...
